Program Format
12 – Progressive (Video Instructional) Workouts that focus on Linear and Lateral First Step Speed and Strength using primarily a linked up band setup. Workouts can be modified to fit almost any strength level by scaling work set time and band resistance. As a result the Youth Speed Training Package is a great package for ages 10 through 18.
Recommended Training Use
The Youth Speed Training Package is designed for athletes ages 10-18. This package is the perfect way for young athletes to start developing explosive first step speed training with Quantum Bands. This program will focus on both short burst speed and complimentary reactive strength training.
With variable band resistance ranging from 15 to 200+ Lbs it allows middle school, high school and college age athletes as well as their coaches to easily progress or regress training by adjusting band resistance and work set time.
Not only does it provide an athlete with the best bands to start training with, it also provides them with Dave’s proven “6 Week Quick Kids First Step Speed” program to ensure they get started safely and successfully training with bands.
