DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HIP BANDS AND DYNAMIC STABILIZER BANDS

The hip band is a Fabric-Latex combined band.  It is 2 inches wide and approximately 1/16 inch thick. With the added width and the fabric construction it provides for add comfort and less potential for migration when worn in the recommended above the knee position.   Like the Dynamic Stabilizer,  the Hip Band can be used at the ankles, however the fabric construction does create a solid stretch end point which is rarely is an issue.  The only disadvantage of the hip band will absorb perspiration which makes it a potential hygiene issue if  the bands are being used by multiple people during a workout.
