- 2 -41″ Black Bands (20-85 Lbs of Variable Resistance/Band)
- 2 -41″ Purple LG Bands (30-115 Lbs of Variable Resistance/Band)
- 2 -41″ Green XL Bands ( 40-180 Lbs of Variable Resistance/Band)
- 2 -41″ Blue XXL Bands ( 65- 230 Lbs of Variable Resistance/Band)
Keep in mind that you can also combine bands to create even more levels of band resistance variability.

Recommended Training Use
The only difference between the Intermediate and Advanced band package is the 41″ Blue XXL Bands. If you want to knockout some grinding tug of war or towing workouts, linking up the big blue XXL bands are the way to go. This package is also a good sample package for a high school, local gym, training facility or fitness center to purchase to test out all Quantum bands.
