Workout 1

Workout Details

Alternate through all 4 exercises doing 30-second on / 30-seconds rest.  That is 1 Round.  Rest 1 Minute and Repeat that sequence for  6 total rounds.

Advance by increasing to 40-seconds of work / 20-seconds of Rest


Workout 2

Workout Details

Alternate through all 4 exercises doing 30-seconds of work / 30-seconds of rest x 5 cycles.

To advance do 40-seconds of work / 20-seconds of rest.


Workout 3

Workout Details

Alternate through these 4 – 13″ mini-band exercises doing 20-Seconds on / 10-seconds rest – Rest 1 Minute and repeat same 3-Minute sequence for 8 total cycles which will be a 24 Minute workout.


Workout 4

Workout Details

Flow through these 4 Exercises doing 20 Reps per exercise. Resting as needed, complete as many rounds as possible in 20 Minutes. If you want a greater challenge, bump up your band resistance, increase work reps or increase total workout time.


Workout 5

Workout Details

Alternate through these 4 Exercises doing 60-seconds of work followed by 15-seconds of rest. That is 1 Round. Cycle through doing 5 total Rounds. Scale band resistance, work set time, rest set time or total rounds as needed.

Workout 6

Start with exercise #1 and do 15-seconds of work followed by 5-seconds of rest x 8 sets. Rest 1 Minute. Repeat this same sequence for the remaining 3 exercises.  If you want a longer workout, add in additional exercises and complete this sequence for each additional exercise.

This is a simple and easy way to hit a quick “travel” workout.
