  1. Mitchell Bowman

As a longtime client, I can confirm through extended, personal experience the quality of both the products and customer care provided by everyone at Resistance Band Training. The level of customer satisfaction I have enjoyed makes supporting a business like RBT with my custom an all too rare pleasure.

  2. Bernard Moore

Some of my favorite exercises with this band is standing single arm alternating adduction for the chest and standing single arm chest press.

  3. Lee Lagman

These bands are incredibly durable. I’ve been using some of the same bands for over two years with no problems at all.

  4. Perry Dickens

I enjoy this particular band (41″ black), as well as all the bands. They are very versatile and durable. I appreciate the quality of the products and the service from RBT.

  5. Ben LaCasse

The quality of Dave’s bands is unbelievable. I got my first set in 2009!!! and only just now replaced a few. And even that was only because I felt that I should to be on the safe side. They still hadn’t torn or ripped and were going strong. If you follow Dave’s care instructions, these things will last you a long time! They have paid for themselves in saved gym fees 100 times over.

  6. Joe Z

I switched to RBT and Quantum bands a couple years ago. They are, in my opinion, superior to the orange looped bands I used previously. Among the added benefits, you have access to Dave and his practical advice.
This purchase was a replacement for a band I damaged by anchoring on a square object.

  7. Mrk

Excellent performance and Band Man support.

  8. Bill Moore

I’m on a journey to achieve a one arm pushup and am using bands as an assistive device, rather than doing them on an incline. They work particularly well for this in that I’m following the band’s progression from heavy to light. Starting with the black, I’m now using the orange. Next step is sans band🤗. That will take some time though.
Otherwise I use bands for dry land training in simulation of the freestyle swim stroke.
