Things to Know About the Challenge
⏩ – You will be provided Free access to The Band Gym for 28 Days.
⏩ – During that time you will be provided a new Ab Workout to try each day.
⏩ – You will also be provided 4 Ab coaching sessions to assist you with your Ab
workouts.
⏩ – As your coach I will be available to assist you with modifications as needed.
⏩ – Each workout will take 5 to15 minutes to complete so they can be added to your
present workout or done as a stand-alone workout.
What equipment will you need for The Ab Workouts??
- 1 or 2 – 41” Bands
- 1-13” Band
- A secure attachment point for your band
- A 4” to 6” Step
- A stool or chair to elevate your hand position
- Furniture Sliders to create an added challenge
- A pair of small dumbbells to advance exercises
- A towel to enhance you grip of the band
- A pad or pillow to kneel on
