Things to Know About the Challenge 

– You will be provided Free access to The Band Gym for 28 Days.

– During that time you will be provided a new Ab Workout to try each day.

–  You will also be provided 4 Ab coaching sessions to assist you with your Ab 

        workouts.

– As your coach I will be available to assist you with modifications as needed.

– Each workout will take 5 to15 minutes to complete so they can be added to your 

        present workout or done as a stand-alone workout.

 

What equipment will you need for The Ab Workouts??

  • 1 or 2 – 41” Bands 
  • 1-13” Band 
  • A secure attachment point for your band
  • A 4” to 6” Step
  • A stool or chair to elevate your hand position
  • Furniture Sliders to create an added challenge
  • A pair of small dumbbells to advance exercises
  • A towel to enhance you grip of the band
  • A pad or pillow to kneel on
