Excellent resistance band. It’s perfect for me for many one arm back and chest exercises as well as two arm shoulder and arm exercises. It’s also great for the hip/leg stretching exercise flows that Dave teaches on one of his videos his site. I actually have three of these bands… two for my home gym and one in a very small travel workout bag with a couple of other bands. The oldest of these bands is three years old and is still going strong despite almost daily use. If you take care of these bands they last a very long time. Top quality, durable and enables me to continue my fitness training despite severe bilateral shoulder arthritis. I’ve actually improved my range of motion, flexibility and strength with this and the other bands because I can work out hard without much joint pain.
