The 41 inch Orange Micro Band is a great tool for rehab or warming up. Sometimes i add it for extra resistance.

My wife and I use the 41 inch orange micro bands for resistance training for triceps, legs, biceps. Our previous orange bands broke (purchased from somewhere else) but these bands are sturdier and I’m sure we will get good service from them. They are slightly higher resistance than the last set of bands which we both like.
Dave provided some extra exercises for us to try out. He has been very responsive and has some excellent ideas.

I’ve been Personal Training 30 years and I’ve used these bands for many of these years, that tells ya alot right there. So many different ways to use them from a Total Body Workout, to a basic Bicep Curl
Now that I’m working in many Assisted Living Facilities these bands are one of main go toos.
