- 2 -41″ Green XL Bands ( 40-180 Lbs of Variable Resistance/Band)
- 2 -41″ Blue XXL Bands ( 65- 230 Lbs of Variable Resistance/Band)
Keep in mind that you can also combine bands to create even more levels of band resistance variability.
