 Program Format  

12 – Progressive (Video Instructional) Workouts that focus on Linear and Lateral First Step Speed and Strength using primarily a linked up band setup. Workouts can be modified to fit almost any strength level by scaling work set time and band resistance.  As a result the Youth Speed Training Package is a great package for ages 10 through 18.
