This is the only brand of resistance bands we use in our studio since we discovered them years ago. The quality is high and they last a long time! We execute 7 hours of training 6 days a week and bands are cleaned between each use, sometimes multiple times an hour. Most bands survive over a year or more before we need to replace them due to slight tearing. Even though we replace them when they show signs of damage, we have never been able to break a band through human force even when attempting to for fun before tossing them. We have total trust in these. The quality and resistance has remains consistent over many years. After months of use, they begin to become slightly less resistant, but they are bands so you can just hold them closer. We always make jokes with our clients about breaking in new bands when we open them up. High value, high quality, we always recommend these!

I have been using Quantum Bands for about 10 years. Somehow I managed to get a surface slice on one of them and it had to be replaced. The band didn’t snap. I always inspect bands before and after I use them. I have found the Quantum bands to be very durable, and I expect my new red ones to last a long time like the original one.
