Description
The Anywhere Total Body Assault is the most popular RBT attachment free workout. It combines high intensity interval strengthening training with calisthenic conditioning to create what is a tremendous workout challenge. Scale band resistance and your work to rest interval, to quickly set your workout challenge to match your fitness level. Great for both personal at-home workouts or large group challenge workouts at the park. Just make sure everyone brings along their own 41″ Quantum Bands!!
Workout Format – You will alternate through 12 different – 1 band exercises for 30 or 40-seconds of work before resting for 30 or 20-seconds respectfully. You will complete all 12 exercises which will be 1 round or cycle. You will rest 2 minutes and repeat the same sequence for 2 more rounds.
Total Workout Time – 40 Minutes (not including a warm up or cool down)
Equipment Needed – 2 or 3 different levels of 41″ Quantum band resistance Optional – RBT Training Gloves (highly recommended).
Band Setup Requirements – Only Attachment Free setups using different band resistance levels to optimize each exercise
