As someone who may be new to RBT, I created this special product information page to help you select the bands you will need for your upcoming RBT 28 Day Challenge.
To complete the challenge you are going to need at least 3 or 4 different levels of 41″ band resistance and a 13″ Dynamic Stabilizer band. I would also strong suggest getting an Accessory Kit which will ensure you have everything you need to do both attached and attachment free band training.

Here is my recommendation based on strength and experience.
For a low strength level and no experience with band training
Consider getting – A single 41″ Orange Micro – Yellow Super Micro- Red Sm – Black Med band with a Green 13″Dynamic Stabilizer
For an average strength level and some experience strength training with or without resistance bands
Consider getting – A single 41″ Yellow Super Micro- Red Sm – Black Med – Purple L band with a Green 13″ Dynamic Stabilizer
For above average strength and good experience strength training with or without bands
Consider getting – A single 41″ Red Sm – Black Med – Purple L – Green XL band with a Black 13″Dynamic Stabilizer
